At Starseed Ranch, we respect your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit our website or book our services.
By purchasing an "Experience" (i.e. Farm Tour, Farm to Table meal) at Starseed Ranch, I therefore grant Starseed Ranch, HIP Agriculture (Hawai'i Institute of Pacific Agriculture), and their representatives the irrevocable right and permission to photograph, film, or otherwise record my participation in activities and events during my visit. I further grant permission to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute such photographs, videos, audio recordings, or other media in which I appear, in whole or in part, for promotional, marketing, educational, or other business purposes.
This includes, but is not limited to, myself and anyone in my party in:
Website content and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Marketing materials, brochures, and advertisements
Educational materials and presentations
Press releases and media coverage
Promotional videos and documentaries
No compensation will be provided for the use of my image or likeness
I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or written copy
Media may be used in perpetuity without further notification or consent
Starseed Ranch retains all rights, title, and interest in media created on the property
Other guests may take photographs during shared experiences, which is beyond Starseed Ranch's control
If you DO NOT wish to be photographed or included in any media, please contact us directly or let us know before your experience. All guests are required to sign a liability waiver before joining us on a tour or farm to table experience, at which time you will be signing to agree to our Media Release at Starseed Ranch.
