HIP Agriculture presents a 1-hour farm tour through the educational farm and gardens at Starseed Ranch, a sensory experience of touching, smelling and photographing a variety of fruit, vegetables, flowers, medicinal plants, bamboos and tropical hardwoods. We will visit our orchards with a variety of tropical fruit trees (mango, papaya, avocado, breadfruit, lemon, orange, coconut) and walk through tropical food forests planted with traditional polynesian crops (kalo, turmeric, bananas, plantains).

We will end the tour with a small fruit tasting or farm to table meal prepared by one of our resident chefs. Our menus feature food naturally grown right here on our farm and others nearby. A farm to table meal enables guests to fully experience crops and dishes that highlight Hawai’i’s tropical fusion cuisine. A unique offering and truly authentic experience that we are honored to be able to share with our community and guests visiting Hawai’i Island.
