Farm to Table Dinner with Chef Erika Kuhr
Join the Starseed team for an authentic Farm to Table experience. We begin with a tour of our tropical food forests and farm from 4:45 – 6:00pm, followed by dinner from 6:00 – 8:00pm. Dinner is served in our beautiful open-air kitchen and dining space. All ages are welcome.
We focus on Hawaiian fusion, utilizing as many canoe crops as possible such as kalo (taro), ulu (breadfruit), and ‘uala (sweet potato). Our Thanksgiving feast will include a Hawaiian take on the Thanksgiving meal A typical Farm to Table dinner menu consists of a soup or salad, entree, and dessert. In-house chef Erika Kuhr likes to work with ethnic themes and fresh, seasonal ingredients from the farm. We also feature products from other local, organic farmers in the area. Meals are served family style. We cater to dietary preferences (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, egg/nut-free, etc.).
Tickets are $115 (adult), $57 (children ages 3-11) and free (age 2 and under if not dining) plus taxes and gratuity.
We require a minimum number of guests to host dinners. If the minimum is not met guests will be notified at least 2 days prior to the event and provided a full refund.
